WES help : academic certificate last name missing one letter.

hi all , i have a problem with my MBA certificate i got it from India , they missed the last letter in my last name , so its written as “ khali” instead of “ khalil” i have beem trying for more than 3 months to change it but it seems difficult since i am not in India anymore . In my passport and all my other certificates its khalil not “ khali” ... what should i do ? I am really upset and lost and don’t know what is right to do !! Pleaseeeeee help

Just file an affidavit from local mentioning "same name".
