I am going to take part in Conference that will be this December regarding Science & Research in Toronto.
I got the invitation letter from organization.
I have this situation:
1.Finished Bachelor degree in Informatics
2.Working IT in a company, start date September 2017 with a salary 500 $
3.Travel history in Germany..Greece and Serbia
4.Bank Amount 6300 $
5.Reserved hotel for 4 days.
6.Living with my family
7.Residence in Albania
Is there any other documents that I may need?
Please help me

1. Have you attended other similar conferences?
2. Who will be paying for your visit? Your employer or the organizer?
3. Length of your intended visit?
4. Does your family depend on you financially or for their well-being?
5. Do you own or lease property in Albania?
6. Your salary is extremely low. Is this salary in line with the national average economic/income levels in Albania?

2.I will be paying myself all the costs
3.Length of my visit is 3 days
4.My family does not depend on me..They work...I save my money because I live with them
5.I have 1 house and 1 land with 5000 meters surface..owned by family
6.My salary is medium in Albania
7.My father works in Police here...Can I send my father works prof to them?

Also I will start a Master Degree this October...Informations Systems in Business.
I am member board of Students Forum in University...Can I submit a document from Forum?

Okay. You would need to include evidence of for attending those conferences.

2.I will be paying myself all the costs

This will not work.

Ideally, your employer must pay for the entire visit, conference registration, etc. Your income is low, that factored with the inadequate savings would seem like you're not a genuine visitor/you don't have the financial incentives to return home.

5.I have 1 house and 1 land with 5000 meters surface..owned by family

Unfortunately, none of these are reasons/strong ties to return to Albania.

7.My father works in Police here...Can I send my father works prof to them?

As you are applying for a TRV, your dad's professional situation is irrelevant

Also I will start a Master Degree this October...Informations Systems in Business.

Can you submit evidence of admission, tuition fees, student ID, university web pages/brochures, etc etc

I am member board of Students Forum in University...Can I submit a document from Forum?

Yes you can especially if you are a key member on that forum + include evidence of any reason/event scheduled after your intended visit

4.My company will give me 1 week free days to go there.
5.I can also request a raise in my wage and to make it 800 $...because I passed 1 year there.

How many % is the possibility to get approved?
Regarding all these documents that I will send...will there be a problem because my work and master degree are full time?
I will go in school from 8:30 until 12:30 and work from 14:00 until 20:00

You must include the documents I mentioned in the previous post if you want to prove your study ties.

IMO, you should not apply for a TRV at this point in time under the current circumstances.

Okay. Unfortunately, even if your salary is increased, it is still not a financial motivation for you to return to your home country.

How many % is the possibility to get approved?

Quite honestly, IMO, your chances of a TRV approval are slim to none.

The reasons are:
1. Your weak financial situation

2. You will be paying for the conference yourself. If the conference would help to advance your career then your employer would pay for the entire visit.

3. No strong ties to return to. For example, you have not started your Masters program, and when you do, it is a part-time program + no dependent family + no property or asset ownership

4. No strong travel history
