i applied first week of August, admission 29th of August. now been trying to pay for acceptance fee ..paid since monday, waiting for the LOA.

There is no closing Date, once you apply and there is no availability, you would transferred for Fall 2019(May), so i endorse you to apply early.. Thank you

Can you please elaborate on what you mean when you say "if there is no availability, you would transfer for may 2019/ fall" ?
