From what it looks like, they were short staffed (probably vacation time) during the summer and are now getting back to speed. This is certainly exciting!I was surprised! I thought it will be another month or so!! (I’m not complaining)
hopefully this journey will be over before the end of this year!
Cheers everyone!

Updated cheersWe received our AORs today.
Row 24, Sent 6th July and delivered 11th July.
I understand the application processing differ from case to case and the timeline can be quite different but I don't understand how the first step (AOR) is not based on First-In-First-Serve concept!!
I am still waiting AOR from Jul-11 application. What I meant that specifically AOR should arrive in the same order the applications were delivered. It is frustrated to see in previous months spreadsheets that some people had to wait for about 90 days while others received AOR in 30-45 days,I am talking about applications from the same month. Its quite baffling and I am not much bothered about getting citizenship sooner than others as I know it will eventually come with due course of time. However,I will say immigration is dealing with thousand of cases and things an go up and down for some of us but eventually everybody will get citizenship
By the way what is your timeline?
I’m waiting as well, pretty much a similar timeline. A little frustrating but I guess we just need to be patient.I am still waiting AOR from Jul-11 application. Can you please post the link (qorax)Hi MMCanada2014,
I believe an OP named Qorax has posted a long explanation of how the applications are received, filed, taken out and distributed for processing and so on. Please do read that post - its very detailed and interesting.
