Does anyone have experience transferring money to RBC from their local bank accounts?

1. I am not in Canada now, calling will be expensive. 2. Even after I spent a lot of money on international call they couldn't provide me with correct information. I cannot make any transfer because routing number they provided me with works for transfers from the US. My local bank doesn't recognize it as one that belongs to any Canadian bank, so I cannot make any transfers. Literally, they provided me with the routing number for JP Chase Bank. Why don't you contact the bank?
You don't have Internet banking or email contacts do you? If you have one of these, you can send messages online and get the information you need.1. I strongly recommend you to enroll online banking. You should make a collect call or toll free call (without you paying expensive long distance phone charges) and enrol. Details:

Perhaps you can call the above numbers to see if there is any technical issues as to why you didn't receive their reply for the last 3 weeks.I have online banking but they never replied to my enquires. I have sent 3 messages for he last 3 weeks.
These calls are not toll-free for me. As I mentioned above, these would be very expensive calls. I already called once, got false information and got the very high phone bill. I may end up closing RBC account since their customer service is awful. My spouse has TD account and never had issues with getting correct information and had no issues making any transactions so far.Perhaps you can call the above numbers to see if there are any technical issues as to why you didn't receive their reply for the last 3 weeks.
