I am from india.i have 1year diploma program study permit of canada.can i change my collage after arriving in canada and get admission in 2 year diploma program?

Read here , you can change program and college. You will need to ensure at some point your study permit is valid for a 2 year program.

1)What is significant meaning of colleges which mention " yes " in "Offers PGWP-eligible programs" and " no" in "Offers PGWP-eligible programs"?
2)If I apply for student visa from private college or college which do not offer "Offers PGWP-eligible programs" then can I get work-permit for 3 years if I provide "offer letter" from company?
3) What are the risks for putting file from Non-SDS category and SDS category?

1. only dli with yes in “offers pgwp-eligible programs” qualify for pgwp after graduation.
2. outside of pgwp, you can only get a work permit if your company goes through lmia.
3. both have the same chance in getting visa or refusal of visa. only advantage of SDS is less financial docs required to submit.
