Hi,
I understand that pre-ITA we need to enter only the information for which we want to claim points. Now,
- I have Bsc degree from Pakistan in 2013 (i have ECA for it dated May 2017)
- I earned Master degree from Canada now in April 2018
.
While filling EE application, should i just mention highest qualification only (Master)? Or i should include my BSc as well? I understand that Post-ITA, i will be providing details of HSSC & Bachelors as well.
.
Further, i have 3 years of foreign experience, however, i am going to claim only 1 year for CRS points. (post-ITA, i will provide info about all 3 years with documents only for claimed 1 year of experience). So as above, i will do same here as well, pre-ITA i will mention only 1 year. Right?
.
In LOE what reason should i mention of dropping other 2 years of experience? It was with different employer.

Thanks,

If you’re not claiming points for work experience you can simply provide it in personal history instead of work history. In that case you don’t need to provide anu explanation.

Thanks,
Yes, mention only highest qualification in EE.

No reason is required to be mentioned in LOE, you can claim CRS points for 1 year and rest of it can be declared under personal history), meanwhile, that 1 year of experience for CRS points should be 12 months continuous and should be under one NOC only.

Thanks for your reply.
For education. Its clear to me now. Further, post-ITA, i will provide details of my all education, should i provide until HSSC or Bsc only ? I have ECA as well for my BSc should i later on attach that (its not required).

For experience - it is one year continuous and in same NOC. The reason why i am thinking to write LOE for experience which i am dropping is because in 2016 when i applied for Canadian study visa, i have provided that information. Now, if i am dropping that experience (not claiming points), i should provide some explanation. Is not it?

You only have to prove what you re claiming points for

Thanks for your earlier reposnses and based on that i was able to sort out many things at my side. Just one another thing:

I am civil engineer by profession. I completed my BSc civil engineering in Aug 2013. I am on job since then. However, i am claiming points only for 1 year of expereince.
I worked as a "Planning Engineer" in a company from June 2015 to Aug 2016 (and then came Canada for Master study). My roles matches to NOC Code 0711 (Construction Manager) and does not match well with NOC 2131 (Civil Engineer).
.
I have selected NOC 0711 (Construction Manager) as my primary occupation. My question is:
- As per our discussion, I perfectly understand, that for any experience, roles should match over 60-70% to NOC and title does not matter much (in my case i can have a reference letter with the title Planning Engineer with actual roles matching with NOC 0711). Right?
- My main concern: is it fine to go with NOC 0 (0711), as this is meant for managerial positions? Even though i was not actually a Manager but was a junior. I did had prior experience (from Aug 2013 to June 2015), when i started working as "Planning Engineer".
Please provide your recommendations.
.
Thanks,
