Sent back to india after studies and work permit

Hi,
I went to canada in December 2012 and completed a 2 years program. After that 1 got 3 years work permit and now i have 2 years of work experience for my express Entry. My crs score is 421 and my work permit expired in august 2017 and i came back to india after that. Now i have 10years visitor visa for canada.
1. Once i land in Canada, how can i stay there for more than 6 months?
2. How can I increase my scores?
3. Can i get work permit from within canada?

1) apply for a visitor visa extension, or a work/study permit.
2) improve your English and French skills.
3) Yes, if you are eligible.
