in other option it was users from a specific region which was a fit for research done in USA

Certification and there was a synonym in the paragraph, so i assumed it as false, becasue they said those people will have basic qualification and didnot mention about training.

1st was not given for sure i.e. rate comparison for safety and mechanical checks..
regarding us authority denial for specific car model information I thought of not given but latter i wrote false.. since it was a generic statement given that for all models we can check at us authorities
