Probably too late to get January LOA. Also 5.5 could be issue for visa as well but depends a lot on visa officer.

because colleges/unis are not ircc. while most dli colleges/unis are publicly funded, they are a different entity than canadian immgration. why not try to retake ielts instead and improve your score? less hassle and leaves no bad record behind compared to getting one’s visa refused...

can anyone tell me that, does 5.5 in one of the module will affect the NON-SDS category also, for provinces like Alberta.
