My ICT WP is expiring in July 2019. Do you think my application will be approved if I apply in September?
Hi Dinesh, I am also having the same question. If you have already applied for PR, I will be glad to know the exact answer for this.

Hi All, Am really confused. I recently moved to Canada on ICT 2 months back and my employer is ready to provide offer letter stating I will have job for atleast one year post PR. Can I claim 50 points for job offer now? Or I have to wait till one year and work for this employer.

CIC site says work for that employer for one year not one year in work permit for that employer.

Hi,

I am currently working in CANADA on ICT WP from Sept 25th 2018 and completed one year on the same employer as per WP.

I can provide below documents towards 50 points on job offer:

Employment agreement
secondment Letter
Compensation details
Latest annual compensation letter obtained in 2019

Reference letter from employer stating that I am in full time position starting 25th September 2018 and current work permit expires on Aug 14th 2020 . My company doesn’t provide any PR specific reference letter. I received as temporary residence purpose only.

Job position details with skill and responsibilities— for this I can provide the supporting letter company submitted to CIC while filling ICT WP

last one year paystub

My company will not provide any statement regarding job offer for 1 year after PR

With all these documents can I claim 50 points on job offer?

No. None of these documents are a written job offer of future employment for at least one year after you become a permanent resident.

Further, it sounds like you don´t have the required letter of experience (reference letter), which should be written after you complete the work experience that you are claiming. You would have to provide some evidence that your employer is refusing to write it, to have this documentation accepted.
