I am an August 2017 applicant and have just received the Test Invite. May be your clearance started after your test/interview and that is taking time. In any case it is unusually long wait. Apply for GCMS notes, you may possibly find some answers to your questions. You have already sent a web form query, see how the responds.
I called them on August 29, 2018 and the agent told me that there is nothing new on my account. Then I sent them a webform query the same day, highlighting that my case has already exceeded the normal processing time of one year. I received the test Invite email after a week andthe attached letter was dated August 31, 2018.
Hopefully they get faster to do . I get stressed. Because all my friend that applied after me they get the passport a few months a go . But I am still stuck.
I believe you will receive your Oath Invite soon because they normally move fast after they get webform inquiry. I also waited 7 months after test to get Oath Invite and it’s was only after I send webform inquiry I got Oath Invite good luck.
What was your situation , like when did you applied and when was your test , are you still in process?
