Documents that needs to be sent to WES for ECA

I did read that a transcript and a copy of degree certificate is what we need to apply for ECA with WES. Does the copy of the degree certificate needs attestation? Is it ok to send a transcript I had received long back(May 2018) even though the transcript was not requested to be addressed to WES? I'm holding back from sending the documents after the payment due to these concerns. Can someone please clarify?

Just a photocopy of degree without any attestation. You can send the transcript from May 2018, no issues at all.
