My file was transferred to Winnipeg and received on 18 June 2018. I ordered gcms notes which was generated on 27 July 2018, my file has not been assigned to anybody yet. File location is still "Registry"...

What is offile location? Cio and was it went to PS?

Yoi can go to bottom of notes or in middle there will be history locations

Yes, I see near to the end of my notes, it shows paper file location:

Bro. In some cases ppl get ppr after registry location. You can search in the forum

Nov 18 2016, My file was also transferred to winnipeg office.
Got Decision made on ecas on August 28 2018 and got an email from CIC winnipeg on Sept 4 2018 for final permanent resident interview.

I called CIC in may, at that time they told me about file transfer for additional verification.
I think it almost took 3 months.
