I have seen folks at CRS 430's and 440's getting ITA after waiting for almost 2 years (waiting from 2015 and receiving ITA in 2017).
Also, applying for Canada PR when nobody was doing that is a bigger risk than jumping into the pool now when almost everyone I know is applying.

Different challenges were there in that era!

Hi Guys, My CRS score is 469, haven't received any Invite. I read comments that it takes up to 24 hours to receive Invite. Previously, I was mistakenly sent an Invite very early (I had received it by now). My score was 459 back then. So I withdrew the profile and created a new one and submitted on August 31st. Will I even get an invite?

You will get your well deserved ITA during the next draw for sure. 3900 ITA's is a very good sign.

I have learnt from the seniors members that it can take up to 24 hours. I am at 443 and haven't received it either. Just waiting.
