Sometimes the email was missing, you should call them to resend the email to you.

I just found out that the applicant (I'm the sponsor) in our case received the AOR email. Weird.

By email. It could be eight applicant or sponsor's email. Because this email send by system, so sometimes it could went wrong

I just called them, the waiting time is 18 minutes, which is pretty good.

Odd, when I called earlier, I got the message that they wouldn't transfer me to an agent because the wait times were too long.

The number is 18882422100 and then navigate through these options: press 2, then press 1, then press 0 ?

Yep - I tried calling around 8:15am EST (Toronto). I don't need to call them anymore though because we did receive the AOR email.

I sent a web form to attach my PCC on August 15, 2018... I received a response today saying that it has been transferred to the officer.

So there is still a chance that OWP may be return if anything is wrong with it even you received an AOR?

Hi @dapak14 and welcome!

If you have sent your OWP app with your PR app I think you don't risk to get you OWP returned. Normally, before issue you the AOR they check if the whole app is complete, if not they will send you back the whole package. In case they need more docs they will ask you apart.
