Hi,
I scored 6 band in all section in ielts exams and my wife scored 7.5 bands, one of my aunt is a permanent resident of canada. I want to know whether i should apply as a primary applicant or my wife should go primary one.

Don't have enough info to answer your query. Did you calculate the CRS score for yourself and your wife?

You don't get any points for aunt or uncle under CRS. Only for siblings.

No CRS points for having an aunt in Canada.
