Our Online Services are Down - Error Message Post ITA

Hello All,

I have received ITA on 08 Aug 2018. I am able to login successfully into my profile but as soon as I Click on "Continue Application" Button , I get error message saying that "Our online services are down" and I am not able to submit my application. Tried with all the different browsers (IE, edge , Chrome , Safari , Mozilla etc) , cleared cookies , history, cache etc but nothing seems to work. Even reported the issue to CIC but they sent a standard reply and that did not help. Please suggest the way forward.

I have got to know that some people had this problem so they declined their ITA and got a new one. I have declined my ITA, so that I am eligible for a new invite

Hoping to get a new invite soon. God bless me !! :p

Checking to see if you declined the old ITA and got new ITA?

Hi ,

I got a new ITA today morning. "Continue Button" is working as expected. Would be submitting my new application by this week.
