It should be sufficient, but if it's from a country where the official language is other than French or English, I would include a letter from the school that the courses were conducted in English.

Oh ok. I guess that would be more dufficult route then coz i don't have anyone who can process the request from my university. Thanks for letting me know.

Your university/school/college certificate is good enough if your courses were undertaken in English/French Language.If you have the student copies of your educational transcripts, you might add that but it is optional.
