Guys, I am having issues with Barclays refusing to issue any letter regarding my accounts. they have however agreed to print out my statements for 6 months and be stamped. Anyone who's had similar issues and what did you do? My invitation to apply expires next week so will need to get this sorted soon. Hope you can help.

Six months statements stamped by them will do. You could also provide copy of email where they refused to issue the letter and write an loe.

Hi, thank you for responding. I went to the bank and the manager declined too. Says they only issue statements and can stamp.
How do i cover requirement re:loans and credit cards. Will this be an issue if I had outstanding debts?

Try asking for Balance Certificate.

Hey I have submitted Braclays 6 months statements stamped by branch. That’s all. U don’t need any letter as in uk Braclays don’t issue any such letter.

What about outstanding debts like credit cards, is this an issue? How do i comply with CIC requirement?

Yes it's fine. We also only mentioned we have a credit card in LOE. They didn't ask for more information

Sorry what is LOE? So did u only need to scan your Bank statements? I have an ISA and my Current account statements as proof.

I also hold a Barclays account. Can anyone suggest what to do if you had gone through this already as they refuse to give me a letter too?
