2014 Applicants, not yet received CSQ

Hi,
We received numero dossier in Sep/2014, and updated our language results in Sep/2016 by ourselves without their requirement. We are still waiting for csq.
We just called them, our file is still under preliminary. But I don't know "intention to refuse letter" is before or after "preliminary review" process. Please explain me...

What I understand is you will receive intend to receive letter when MIDI start to process your application. so those who go ITR for 2014 they have already at preliminary review stage. but it is more than 4 years and still waiting for CSQ. GOD knows what are they doing with our files. I will appreciate your view points on preliminary review aspect..

Hi I am 2014 applicant nursing diploma I completely befor area of training 9 points in March 2017 right now I got received email to MID 15 August 2018 they give 6 point of my area point. And this point grid come to just 2 August 2018 . My case is 2014 old .How can they apply new grid in my case what i am do???

I have just received 2nd ITR after 4 years. MIDI have not given any point for professional experience. just to know what documents should i provide in order to claim experience points though i have sent form 16, payslips, increment letters, contract letters, income tax returns.

You send them experience letter on which u clearly mentions your date of joining, working hours, present and previous positions on job with job duties and responsibilities and timeframe on company letterhead with your senior or head’s sign

The new points grid applicable to all regardless the date of application. Thats the quebec immigration. One can do nothing

I've received an e-mail from midi on 5-Oct,2018 of my preliminary review are as follows. The assessment is done by the current (2018) rule.
I'm short of 5 point. as per current rule the assessment is OK. There is no scope to increase point other then France.

Have anyone any practical, solid experience other then condolence in this situation.
