Is she eligible to apply PR?

I have a friend who is having difficulty in applying for PR. She has been working in Canada since 2015. Problem is, her company where she is working assigned her in Edmonton, but her papers(work permit) indicates that she should be working in Vancouver. Her work permit will be expiring this year, but she managed to find an employer and she was already given a lmia. She already have her ielts and eca. I think when it comes to crs points, she got it cause she already have lmia and experience in working here Canada. Im planning to help her create an EE profile. Problem is, can she apply for PR knowing that her previous job papers has a bit of discrepancies? Please help. Thank you.

I have a friend kasi who is having difficulty sa pag apply nya for PR. She has been working here since 2015. Problem is yung company nya pinagwork sya sa edmonton, pero yung papers ng work permit nya is sa vancouver. Nakahanap naman sya ng mapapasukan na ibang work since patapos na ang work permit nya this year at nabigyan naman sya ng lmia ng future employer nya. Nakapag ielts and eca na din sya. I think kung sa crs points, ok naman sya kasi may lmia na sya and experience na din sya dito sa Canada. Problem is pwede ba syang magapply as PR kahit medyo may discrepancies sa work permit nya? please help naman po dyan oh.
