Yes our representative has screwed us over and lied to us about everything we still aren’t able to get our documents back from her when our file returned we just have the forms
And for the status
I had a close work permit earlier meant that I could only work with the employer whose name is on the permit
So would it be wrong if i would write as a worker on it and put my closed work permit date from issue to expiry
I just looked into my police clearance it was issued on April 20 so If we count the 6 months it probably ends in oct
One more thing I am worried about is that when our file came back my representative told us that there has been no letter sent by them regarding what the mistakes were and after calling cic even they couldn’t help
We are worried as to what mistakes we made in the first application beacshw we aren’t completely aware about all of them

As already said several times, your current status is worker. It doesn't matter that you quit your job.

The validity date stated on the PCC is irrelevant.

Go through your application while looking at the guide and the checklist.

We also didn't get a letter per day as to what was wrong ... Just in the checklist they had highlighted the part where it says that you also needed to sign by pen. That's when we realized our mistake and changed it. Take a look and see if there are any highlighted or underlined or some indication on ur checklist. But then again each person who looks at the application is different.

Is there any specific format that I need to follow for that cover letter to attach it with my application

No specific format, just make sure to make it clear and concise don't have to be too long
