normally people with 469 and asking their chances for ITA get trolled real bad. but you seem genuine so you chances of getting ita in the next draw are 100%
Thank you for the scary fast response :). Glad to be not a victim of such trolling's.

Dear All,

I took my IELTS exam on 18th Aug at Chennai IDP and attained the following individual band scores.

Listening - 8.5
Reading - 7.5
Writing - 7.0
Speaking - 7.5

With these scores, having my educational credentials evaluated to Canadian Master's by WES, and aged 30, I arrive to a CRS score of 469 (after playing with CRS tool). I'm yet to create an express entry profile, however.

What are the chances for me in getting an ITA in the forthcoming draws?
Should I wait till my Test Report form arrives to create an Express entry profile?

(Besides, I'm an investment banker by profession:)).

Any help/suggestion offered is greatly appreciated.
Hi,
You should create it after you receive the Test Report (because there is a field with that number and it also ask the date it was issued). But don´t worry, 100% sure you will get your direct ITA the next round once you have created it... ;) Congrats in advance.

Btw, I believe that your NOC is 1112. take a look at the duties listed in that one.

Thanks SumH12. Will take a look at 1112 duties. It should largely match my current duties. Any pointers or threads i could refer to create a profile here?

I guess you will have to wait until you get your TRF since there is a field named "TRF number" which you will know only from the TRF.

And chances of you getting the ITA after your EE submission with this score is 100%..! The highest score so far this year has been 456. All the best!

dont believe in theories that cic will not allow the score to fall below 440. did you try to go for re-evaluation of writing?
Agree with this. Perhaps we could scrap that thinking. Like what I’ve said, CIC doesn’t have to deal with CRS scores. It only happens that a lot of people nowadays do maxed out their CRS scores, hence taking time to reach below 440. Maybe their standard is biweekly draw. No one knows. I’m actually thinking that it is only the circumstances. So stay positive and still try to improve IELTS :)

I beg to differ. The way IRCC opted for 3 weeks draw on couple occassions when it looked CRS was finally going to drop below 440, the 440 theory merits it place. Hence, me taking ielts for 5th time trying to gain 3 writing points:mad::mad::mad:.

I don't believe in the 440 theory. I think the 3 week gap will come after the second draw in September (19th). If the first draw in October happens on 3rd, there has to be 3 draws in October, which I don't think will happen. They will skip the draw on Oct 3rd. The draws will happen on Sept 5th, 19th and after 3 weeks Oct 10th, 24th.

How is my theory ?

I do hope it goes down.. But what's the calculation on which your prediction could come true..
The IELTS effect. Just one IELTS result will be released between this draw and the last draw, unlike the previous draw that had 2 IELTS results released.

Second is the distribution of birth by month. August babies are typically more than other months. So more EE profiles should be expiring that usual.
