Delays in visa issuance

Hi all ,
I have some major delays in my application. :

• My application has been submitted in Dubai and I think being processed in London
• The final submission took place in March/17 and the visa issuance was expected to be in Sep of the same year
• Got the RPRF paid in October/17
• The processing office has granted me an extension to my Medicals till next year
• I have ordered my GMCS notes recently and the look like the pic below :

1. Eligibility : Passed
2. Security :
3. HIRV :
4. Criminality : Passed
5. Org Crime :
6. Medical : Passed
7. Misrepresentation :
8. Info Sharing : Complete
9. Other Reqs :
10. Final :
11. Due Date : 2018/07/31

Appreciate sharing your experience . as per my agent everything looks fine and its only security check knowing that its taking more than 17 months !

I was reading my notes more in depth and it seems they have transfereed my file from London to Delhi due to work load !

Any input on this ?

Could you show me the notes ?

Usually files are transferred to LVO when the application is being finalized but if you're saying this has been due to workload that's a different case then. Regardless of the reason of the transfer, you're application is in its final stages and soon you should get the good news.

Did you see any notes mentioning security screening on you gcms. If no then you file is almost ready for visa, however if its in ndvo, then little tricky as I am too waiting for visa from ndvo and aor is same as yours march 2017.
But I had a review required which seems like cleared. No info further as gcms is also delayed.

By saying notes mentioning security screen ; as the notes in bold written by the officer ? NO
I believe it's a cue thing overlapping the security coz of the large number of cases
