Can i submit my passport straight at embassy and get it done quickly rather going to vfs?my term starts on 4th sept and i got my visa on 31st august online .

You cannot submit it to the embassy directly. Entrance to the embassy is not allowed.

I am going to submit my passport at mumbai .is it better to do it in delhi to save time?
