Official time is 12 PM, for IDP try log in to your account at 7 AM if you are awake, most probably you will have the results updated on it.

British council, India (Chandigarh)
RLWS : 8,7.5,6.5,8
Can't be more sad
This was my 3rd attempt.
1st Attempt (IDP, Thailand): RLWS 8.5,8,6,8 EOR 8.5,8,6.5,8
2nd Attempt (IDP Thailand):RLWS 7,7,6,8
3rd Attempt( BC INDIA) :RLWS 8,7.5,6.5,8
I expected good score but... :/
Planning for EOR though

Few tips which I feel may help (General Training) -
1. For first section, make sure to write 2-3 paras, first para always sounds like..This is to inform you...
Last para - I would be grateful for your help....
Read couple of letters, understand the format and language. Learn how to start and end a para.
2. For second section, again split it into 4 paras.
First para - If you agree with the question or disagree
Second para - Your opinion - Start by saying - In my opinion.....
Third para - Fill in some examples from your life or make it up.
Fourth para - Again repeat what your opinion is. Say stuff like You firmly believe etc.
