congrads i think once completed they just send to final stamp and then you get PPR im Dec 2016 Med Jan also its been a nightmare sent for additional verification but dont tell you why.
It is shocking no qulity control and whenever you call the call centre (Which is why there employed) they make you feel like stop wasting my timei dont know, they never told me anything. As i said call agent told me that my security hasn't even started yet.
I dont know who to trust, the email or the call agent.
I asked on couple of forums too, one person said it took his file 4 more months after that update
so thats not the final step i guess.

From my experience, no point in calling them. In fact they demotivate you rather. The only possible thing is to wait, wait and wait.
true, that's what distressing me as well no timeline. If somebody could tell wait 25 months or so to complete the application but no.
Yeah i a 100% agree i see some peopl ethat were told additional ver its an extra 6 months i asked and was told how am i meant to know shocking treatment
