Canada PR need help

Im having an ongoing loan and we r planning to migrate by March 2019. I can't pre-close it before 12 months....kindly advise if that would be a problem in migration.....can I migrate to Canada on PR with an ongoing loan?

no it's fine as it's assumed your loan will be settled using your future income. what cic wants to know is whether that loan was taken to cover the proof of funds or not.
