Ok so today I received a letter asking me to apply for the visa within 30 days. Does that mean this is it??
My gckey still says background check in process and haven't received the final approval yet.
I am really confused

Don't worry about the gckey it will not update till landing

It says I have 30 days to apply for my visa, and gave me the documents that I need to provide and it should take 5 days to issue the visa

BY THE WAY YOU CAN DROP YOUR PASSPORT AT THE CANADIAN AMBASSY IN TUNIS MONDAY OR WEDNESDAY FROM 9 TO 10 ONLY AND YOU GET THE VISA ON THE SPOT ( you pay nothing)
OR DROP THE PAPERS AT VFS TUNIS IT WILL TAKE 3 TO 5 DAYS (you pay for service)

My sponsorship is kinda sensitive since I am being sponsored by my same-sex partner, so really scared about deposit at the center.

Also how much time do I have to landing? I am travelling quite a lot for work September and October and won't be able to fly to Canada before October 27th.
