Visa for September 2018 intake!!!

Medical passed 3 weeks ago nd eligibility started 16 days ago...got no acknowledgement mails...got visa after 50 days
Hi Guys,
Need your Help. I applied online on 3rd July from Saudi Arabia for MEng course in U of Calgary for Jan 2019 Intake. Today I got a refusal letter from CIC, the following is the detail. Your Help is required, what to do now. Any idea.

the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and Immigration and

apply for notes and see what the exact reason is for rejection. attach ur letter of explanation which states why u would prefer to come back to ur home country after complete ur course. Dont mention anywhere that u r planinng to work over here in Canada. Give a good explanation.
This was the mistake bro.... Give an appeal and reapply your application with statement of purpose...nd describe everything...your purpose to study
My medical status is updated today. Can anyone please let me know in how many days they will start checking my eligibility?
