If you are going for skilled immigration, a score of 8777 (LRWS) should be the target. Some people target more than that if they see their CRS score is lower than currently invited points.

Sorry I don't know the required band for that. All I know is it differs University to University, and usually they require 6.5 overall score with a minimum of 6 in each module (LRWS). You should find the required band on the University website.
