As I'm getting familiar to the process, I'm still a bit confused about the process. I list my understanding below for EE Candian Experience. Please let me know if I'm right or wrong. I appreciate your help in advance!

Step 1: Create a profile under EE. Submit the profile and wait IRCC to determine which immigration program I'm able to apply for. Then I will enter the pool if everything is well from this stage.
Step 2: While I'm in the pool, prepare all the necessary docs as follows:
1. language test 2. police certs 3. proof of work experience (a reference or experience letter from employer, T4 slip, paystub) 4. Canadian degree (transcript, degree paper)
Step 3: Get the invitation to apply and use all the necessary docs I collected to answer the invitation to apply.

Step 4: Pay the processing fee and right of permanent residence fee at this stage so that it may accelerate the process based on what it says on the website :"You can choose to pay this fee when you submit your application. It may speed up the application process"

Step 5: Cross fingers and hope for the best :D

Am I missing something? Also, how does IRCC determine I'm applying for CEC after I submit my profile. Please advise. And thx thx thx A LOT!

Before the experienced ones come in to answer your question, which I am very well interested in knowing.

What is the minimum CRS Point to get before you get ITA for CEC??? Must it be 440 too?

Step 1: Take language tests, (get ECA if applicable - it appears that it may not be applicable to you).

Yes, however, knowing in advance what you are eligible can help you tailor the information in the profile to your best advantage.

Step 2: While I'm in the pool, prepare all the necessary docs as follows:
1. language test 2. police certs 3. proof of work experience (a reference or experience letter from employer, T4 slip, paystub) 4. Canadian degree (transcript, degree paper)

Language test results are required to submit the profile. That is the first thing you have to do.

Step 3: Get the invitation to apply and use all the necessary docs I collected to answer the invitation to apply.

Also - get medical exam done

Step 4: Pay the processing fee and right of permanent residence fee at this stage so that it may accelerate the process based on what it says on the website :"You can choose to pay this fee when you submit your application. It may speed up the application process"

Step 5: Cross fingers and hope for the best :D

Also, how does IRCC determine I'm applying for CEC after I submit my profile.
If you meet the eligibility criteria for CEC, you will get an invitation for CEC by default (even if you meet the eligibility criteria for other programs). They determine what you apply for, not you. Having said that, you can tweak the information in your profile to be eligible for one program vs another if you want to choose...
