Hi,

I think my CRS score is enough to get an ITA.

The problem is that I am a govt worker and my boss is a bad person. I’m thinking about putting a harassment case on him.
The real problem? Getting the experience letter from him. He won’t agree to the format, he will intentionally create hurdles.
Even if I get him to sign it, he may screw me over if the agents decide to call him for verification.

What should I do? No other colleague or senior has access to the organisation letterhead so I have to rely on him.

In the last resort, you can write a reference letter yourself and notarize it. However, you will have to mention this in LOE and convince the Visa officer that your Boss was not ready to give a reference letter and you will have to provide n number of documents to prove that you were working.

For Indian Govt Officers, NOC is required from the Govt. department.

@mr.preetsingh What if I get an employment certificate from the employer (stating that I’ve been working in the organisation for over an year and all) but I get kicked out of the job sometime after that. Would my work experience still be considered?

Like if the verification people call the supervisor and he tells them that I’ve recently been removed from service.

do not provide self attested letters, your case will get delayed if not straight rejected. you can get a colleague or superior to sign on plain letter and provide proof they work there like a company ID etc along with a letter of explaination that your company does not provide roles and responsibilties letter.

Your experience will be accounted. If you leave or kicked out from job post E-APR, the nothing matters.

Verification is "if you were working or not". As of now, Character is based on the PCC.

Are you job duties publicly mentioned or available anywhere ? No HR department ?

My job duties exactly match my NOC duties. Being a Govt employee, the job duties are very clear and demarcated.

So you have nothing to worry about, there's very little if any that your boss could do to jeopardize your application. In your place, I would start planning a prank to execute against him by the time I get PR.

If he were to try to do anything, you could always sue him.

Which country did you say you were from ?

Get the letter from HR. Doesnt have to be your manager but someone on charge of personnel as well
