Will this be considered Two degree option or no?

Hi Guys,

Any input would be highly appreciated. I am currently working as a software engineer for the past 6 years (past 3 in US) and planning to apply for Express Entry. I have the following education :
1. B.Tech in Electronics and Communication (4 years) from a reputed university in India
2. One year Certificate course in German from a university (one of the universities from here : link)

I am planning to apply for WES evaluation but I have a question before that. I wanted to know if someone can give me insights whether the certificate course would make me eligible for two or more certificates criteria? Or it won't be considered outright?

The reason I am asking is because I have all the documents ready for my WES evaluation for my Bachelors degree. But, for the german certificate, I will have to get the transcripts and everything which is a lengthy process and I am in the middle of it.

Hi thanks for your response. It does give me an answer about my Bachelors degree but not about my certificate course. Only Bachelors/masters degree are here and in my case, it's a certificate course in German. Is there any other place I can verify or somebody has more insights? THanks
