Can i invite my spouse after getting ITA

i have an important question that if i get ITA at this stage can i invite my spouse at this stage or later i can call my wife there once i enter in Canada?

Since you have note got an ITA you can include her, but your points will have impact (can be either +ve or -ve, because of availability and non availability of Languge Score, Education equivalency and Canadian work exp).

You can opt for the spousal sponsorship route but it has it own share of requirement and processing time is lot higher 10+ months

U can make EE profile as single and get the score.
After u get ita and if u chose to continue application they will ask u again about your marital status. If u mentioned married question will be asked about your spouse and ur score will be recalculated. If it falls below the lowest in cutoff your application will be rejected.
