Parents Sponsorship 2018 Aug 1 batch : birth and marriage certificate

I got invitation in Aug 1 lot and compiling all documents new to this group. I have 2 ques:

- my birth certificate is hindi and does not have my name on it. Should I get a certified translation + affidavit from lawyer or my 10th certificate with my fathers name suffices?

- my parents don't have marriage certificate and they are in Canada right now visitor visa so should get affidavit made for marriage as well? Appreciate all your help and feel free to direct me any links or if this had already been discussed by anyone. This forum has such wealth of info and huge help to newbie like me.

affidavit and translated birth certificate will be good.

Translation of documents
You must send the following for any document that is not in English or French, unless otherwise stated on your document checklist:

• the English or French translation; and
• an affidavit from the person who completed the translation (see below for details); and
• a certified copy of the original document.

get affidavit for the marriage certificate and provide a note to explain.

Thanks Wakki for taking the time to guide me. In the content of marriage affidavit itself, should I mention that parents do not have marriage certificate and since they are currently in Canada we are producing a affidavit. If they were in India they could have a marriage certificate issued from Indian authorities? Any tips will be helpful.
And have you heard from any of members that as a alternative, Indian passport copy with parents name ( plus secondary certificate) has been enough. As my birth certificate only lists first names of parents and no name at all for me. Not sure how much of a purpose that will serve as proof of relationship.

i can understand its been long your parents got married....if you are submitting marriage affidavit, you may include to a note to explain. should I mention that parents do not have marriage certificate.......your parents are visiting in Canada and if they can get marriage certificate issued when back to India, why not get the marriage certificate if the process to obtain it is not lengthy, stressful or won't cause any delay.
