Vancouver applicants - (C-6 10/11)

I have a question for those of you who did your interview in Vancouver office (EXPO Boulevard). During the interview, did they ask you to fill out an extra form regarding prohibition? in my case, there was only a long page which all of my application information was there and office asked me to read the bottom and sign it. Was it the same for you guys?

I think so, took my test march and still no DM, IP

For those who have apply for passport. I am dragging my feet. There is a passport photo in my included in the certificate bag I was issued, can I use it to apply rather than retaking another passport?

Hey Vancouver folks,

Had my test today. After the interview, the officer told me that they are still waiting for my security clearance. Wondering if anybody else who wrote the test here recently was told the same thing as I am trying to estimate how long this might take. Appreciate any responses!

It's strange, because when I called the call centre a few months ago they told me that all my checks were done and I just need to wait for my test invite. But during the interview, the officer told me that the security clearance is still pending. Not sure why they would give me conflicting information. Hopefully this is not going to cause a long wait.

They did not ask me to sign prohibition. I signed that at the oath ceremony.
