??? there is no implied status associated with a PR application. You might have implied status if you applied for a BOWP or other work permit, before your old one expired. If not, you are out of status and not eligible to work.

As far as I researched, yes, you are still able to work with the expired sin as long as you submitted your application to extend your visa and no decisions have been made

Actually my husband will apply for a bridging work permit and based upon his application, i am gonna apply for SOWP.
Our post graduate work permit is expiring on Sep 01, so just wondering that of we apply for PR with full documents submission and also apply for the BOWP AND SOWP...can we continue to work?( under the implied status)

As long as you have applied for PR, received the AOR, and the BOWP / SOWP applications are received by IRCC on or before September 1, yes.

You are currently on open work permits, so technically you can change... But for practical purposes, you may find it difficult to find a new employer who will hire you without an approved work permit ...

Can you file for Study/ work / etc permits while under implied status?
