I'm ip2 February 27, and ADR "we are revewing the additional documents..."

I called cic three weeks ago and they told me that they are processing my eligibility,criminality and security.
I called last week and they told me the still processing the security and the eligibility and criminality passed

I guess I'll call them next week to see if everything is good.

I feel that ADR "we are reviewing the additional documents ..." means that they are working in your file.

Yes it looks to be the case that when it says "We are reviewing the additional Documents ... " it means that they are working on your file, if the applicant is permanent residence applicant. I called IRCC call centre agent but she told that since your file is outside of canada she can not access the information. But one thing she confirmed that rest assured whatever you see in your MyCIC for Permanent residence applications it is real status and if it says that "We are reviewing documents....." it means that LVO will be working on your file to review it. But for me I my security is still in progress. Maybe it has already been completed and now final review is being done since past one month.

I am too in a very tough situation.

ITA - 14th March
AOR - 2nd April
Medical Passed - 10th April
ADR ( It the the standard process for Bahrain PCC ) - 11th April
Bahrain PCC Submitted - 16th April

The status is still "reviewing your additional documents " and my background check has not yet started. I just don't know why there is so much delay when I followed the process mentioned in the CIC website for PCC document submission.

I think it is normal. after "reviewing", it may arrive at NA

I received a similar reply as my application has been stuck in IP1 with "We are reviewing the additional documents you provided" since 13th June.

Hello All,

I came across some threads which mentioned that PPR is triggered between 7 and 20 days from IP2.
My status is as below:
AOR: 4th July
MEP: 25th July
Request for one additional PCC from the Netherlands : 19th July
Additional document submitted: 16th August
Status updated immediately on 17th August

Review of additional documents We are reviewing the additional documents you provided.
Background check We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.
No interview or biometrics required.

Could anybody please suggest my next steps? Should I wait or contact them after 7 days to enquire?

Stuck in that state for over 2 months. got ADR for PCC and submitted the same day itself.

I think it is not a cause of concern. I read some threads which mentioned that the meaning of the message is that the LVO is working on the file.
