She signed 2 papers. She was given a declaration paper to sign (green paper) and fill before the test. It was a form that asked if you committed crimes and stuff like that. Bunch of Yes or No questions. She signed another form at end of interview as well. It didn't have her test score on it. The paper signed at interview was a standard thing where you swear to abide by the oath and follow the rules of citizenship, blah blah etc. Hopes that helps.Helllo screech339 - Did she signed any form during interview ? I am asking because of one friends has signed a white form ( He mentioned that officer wrote his score on that form) and asked for sign ?
Is this normal ? he was worried .....
Thanks

Really depends on the number of people taking the oath that day. I had mine in Mississauga and there were about 95-100 people taking their oath and the whole thing probably took about 3hrs. Just to be on the safe side..take 4hrs off work then, or take the day off and celebrate! Can someone please tell me how long is the oath cermoney?
I want to plan what time I would be able to go back to work on that day.
Thank you
Updated the trackerUpdate passed the exam yesterday 20/20
I was told the Ceremony will be within 2 months
ECAS shows decision made
There is no hard and fast rule that the process must be completed within a year. The online processing time is only an estimate based on 80% of past completed applications. While the goal is to get your application done within a year, they are not obligated to meet that end. However so far none of the October applicants that has waited longer than 365 days yet. Mind you its not even Oct 2018 yet. The average total processed time so far is 7.5 months. Far below the 12 month mark. That is a good sign that is in our favour that our process will likely be completed within a year.Hi All,
Finished test yesterday, status updated to DM made today.
Also for Oath they told the same thing, as it need to complete within an year it will mostly be in first week of October since application date is Oct16
