NOI from Ontario

I have created my EE profile in july 18, my score is 419 and my NOC code is 0213 but why i have not received NOI from ontario in Aug 18 draw which mention CRS range 350-439

Can anyone help pls

demand. is per this website...Ontario.. is going through turmoil right now... more trade based people moving in... and also bilingual... check nomination website for details... no-one can predict what govt is thinking.. and demand does not mean higher priority...
