But, my Passport is valid till February 2020. I presumed that I can apply for reissue of Passport around one year before expiry in Canada.
I am looking for URGENT ADVISE whether my application for student permit can be thru. THANKS IN ADVANCE

You should apply for an urgent passport renewal. If you need the visa till 4th Sept, the embassy will accept a passport expiring not earlier than six months after the completion of your course. However, double checking this information on cic should help. Check out the website!

I submitted my application on 23rd july in canadian ambassy at New Delhi. My cic account shows that application is in progress. I applied under sds. Any idea till when i can get final decision?

I m shocked..my friend got direct visa today for general categary.20th july applied....got visa 21st august.is this miracle?
