Hi everyone, i would really appreciate if anyone can help me in clearing my doubt regarding the following concern:
I came to Canada in 2017 for 1 PG certificate. and completed it in 2018. After that I got PGWP for 1 year till mid of 2019.
Me and my fiancé is PR and we are in living in together from the very first day i came to canada. Now I’m leaving Canada for 2 months (going back to my country) after 12 continuous months of living together.
Once i come back he is going to sponsor me under spouse or common-law partner in Canada (SCLPC).
My area of concern is what are the good chances of getting success under common law. Our relationship is 100% genuine and we have all the proofs to support our relationship and cohabitation.
And if anything doesn’t go in our favour. Is it possible for me to apply once again for study permit before the expiry of my PGWP. So as to extend my stay here. What are the chances of getting approved for study permit after PGWP?
