Need Help please

I applied for a study permis Visa , and after 6 weeks they sent me the medical test ( I passed it and everything is okey ) .....3 days later I check my e-mail to see the CIC send me this msg ( ur passport has been dispatched from the canada visa office ) and I know that's normallythe refusal message because some people that I know got the same message and their applications denied.........the only difference that I got the medical and they didn't, so what does that mean , is it approval OR refusal ???.........thanks in advance for reading

Definately approved if not upfront medical and ask for medical its 100% approved.iIf rejected they will never ask a student to waist mony for medical.They should just have done the day they ask for medical.Congratulations.
