tanzania is 8 weeks. I would say fill up the form online ask them for an update as u have crossed the 8 weeks limit.

I sent webform last night, sent 5th email to Immigration, what else would you advise me to do?

just to verify u r doing bachelors right or master. Because I am not sure abt masters. U can may be coordinate with ur prof with whom u will be doing ur master.
