They take 10-12 days (including weekends).
Trust your passports will be with you shortly. Also, you can keep an eye on your CIC application - once the status shows "Approved", you can expect Passports for collection at VFS centre the very next day.

@Pravz87 Hi, I submitted at Bangalore VFS on 19th June. It reached Delhi on the 20th. It has been 15 days for me as well.

So very anxious! I need to resign and give 2 months notice, such a tight schedule as I plan to land at Toronto in the first week of Sept.

Hey have you got it back? I submitted on 18th June..still there is no update.

Usual time frame is 7-10 working days after submitting your passport at the VFS center. This is almost two weeks, excluding the weekends.
