I had applied for my Canada visa, which is now early 40 days and have still not received any information on that, day before I visited VFS office to confirm the status of my visa for which they said that I'll receive the passport in 4-5 working days.
Yesterday I called up visa help Canada, calling there they checked my status and informed that my application is still not processed.
How much time will it take to get the passport and the visa?

You need to be patience here. There are people from June, 2018 still waiting for the results. Currently July first week applications are seeing their eligibility review starting. You should wait for two weeks more to see much updates.

Processing times depend on the application. There's no rule that applications submitted first will be processed first/decisions given first.

As processing has crossed the time posted on the IRCC website, you can send a web form to request for an early decision
