Can I use the same Medicals from a refused application?

Hello guys,

Quick question. I posted sometime last month that my application was refused based on wrong NOC selection. I got another ITA two days later. Now I'm about to submit my second application but I have a few questions:

1) Is it ok to use the Medicals I used for the 1st application, considering I did them in April of this year, and it's barely 6 months? Do they require I do brand new Medicals for this second application?

2) my employer doesn't issue work reference. So I plan to attach my employment letter, letter of commendation, bank statements showing salary received, course certificates for work trainings received, and a notarized list of my duties. Hope these are fine? I don't want to get refused again :(

U would need new med anyways because your med has to be valid at the time of landing too.

Employer letter is must and IRCC is quite strict. Gone are the days when officer gets swayed away with other supporting documents. With that being said, try your best to convince your employer. Talk to HR or try convincing some senior colleague to who could talk to your manager/HR. In case all attempts are failed then u can try using supporting documents that u have mentioned and see where they lead u because one way to know is by giving it a shot. I wish u all the best

Thanks for your response. I did the previous Medicals April 5th this year. It's not even up to 6 months. If I submit my new application tomorrow with the same Medicals, I still have like 9 months left on the Medicals. Even if this new application takes 6 months, I still have enough to time to land. Does this work?

Thanks for the employer answer. :)

yes + there's always a possibility of extending medicals. they're still relatively new. you should be notified anyways if you'll have to do remedical

You can't get new medicals done before the current one expires or IRCC requests a new one. So the old medical result will work.
