Hello I worked for the same employer and same position from August 16, 2016 to May 15, 2017 ( 20 hours per week) , from May 16, 2017 to August 15, 2017 ( 37.5 per week) and from August 16, 2017 to May 11,2018 ( 20 hours per week). I would like to know if my 20 hours per week= 2/3 of full time. Also when entering this position in Work history for my express entry profile, should I divide it in 3 Work entries. Thank you?

Yes 20hours per week is 2/3 of full time. Your reference letter should clearly mention all three duration. For example, your hr should state, Mr./Ms xxxx has worked the following duration at zzzz lmited.
August 16, 2016 to May 15, 2017 ( 20 hours per week) ,
May 16, 2017 to August 15, 2017 ( 37.5 per week)
August 16, 2017 to May 11,2018 ( 20 hours per week).

You can list all three durations separately for make it clear and easy for the visa officer and upload the same letter from your employer and other supporting documents such as payslips, tax documents etc.

Hi I have worked part time during my full time studies(Bachelors)in India. So, can I mention my part time hours in my work experience, will it be counted if the work done during study? Can anyone suggest me what to mention in EE profile for number of working years?
